Peurach examines these issues in the context of large-scale educational improvement initiatives in public school districts and in school improvement networks — focusing specifically on how districts and networks continuously learn and improve over time.

Patrick McGuinn is associate professor of political science at Drew University. He has previously held fellowships at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, the Taubman Center for Public Policy at Brown University, and the Miller Center for Public Affairs at the University of Virginia, and was a visiting scholar in the Education and Politics program at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Caroline B. Ebby is Senior Researcher at the Consortium for Policy Research in Education (CPRE) and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
